Privacy Policy



The Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”) is an integral part of the General Business Terms and Conditions of the company PROVOKACE s.r.o., with its registered office at Jindřicha Plachty 596/8, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague 5, IČ 08100586, company ID: 08100586, entered into the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 313005 (hereinafter the “Provider”). The Provider takes care of the protection of your personal data in accordance with the valid and effective legislation, which since 25 May 2018 represents in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “Regulation”).


The Provider is the operator of the website (hereinafter the “Website”) which provides the services (hereinafter the “Services”). The Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed by the Provider based on performance of the contractual relationship, legal obligation, legitimate interest or granted consent through the Website. The Privacy Policy describes the use and protection of personal data by the Provider.

The Provider may change and amend the Privacy Policy at any time by publishing an updated version on the Website and such amendment shall become effective on the date of such update.




1. The Personal Data Administrator within the meaning of Article 4 (7) of the Regulation is the Provider.

3. The Provider has not appointed a personal data protection officer within the meaning of Article 37 of the Regulation.



1. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as name, identification number, location data, network identifier or by more specific physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic or cultural sign of identity of the individual.

2. When providing Services the Provider is using cookies and internet beacons. Their more detailed definition, types and purposes of their use by the Provider can be found below.





1. The Provider processes your personal data for the following purposes:


(i) performance of the contractual relationship (relationship between the Advertiser and the Provider, which arises from the registration of the Advertiser);

(ii) administering user accounts (ie, in particular, creating a user or advertiser account, managing the account and ensuring access to and updates to the Service);

(iii) contacting to resolve issues related to the Service and its updates;

(iv) sending information about the Service (ie, confirmation, notification, update and support and administrative communications);

(v) displaying advertisements based on your interest;

(vi) fulfilment of legal obligations by the Provider.



In case of your registration as a User/ Advertiser, personal data are processed in accordance with the provision of Article 6 (b) of the Regulation. The provision of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract or the implementation of measures taken prior to the conclusion of a contract upon a request of the data subject. Without the provision of personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or fulfil it by the Provider.



You have the right to revoke your consent to the Personal Data Provider at any time by sending an email to: with your name, surname and address for your identification. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing resulting from the consent given before its withdrawal.



1. Personal data will be processed by the Provider for the duration of the account registration.

2. After closing the account, the Provider shall delete personal data.



1. The recipients of your personal data are suppliers, advisors and other service providers who work with the Provider. These third parties need access to your data in order to perform their activities. The provider is currently working with the company

2. The Provider does not, without your consent, provide your personal information to third parties other than those mentioned above, or share it with other persons or unrelated companies, except in the following cases:

(a) Compliance with, or response to, regulatory requirements

As a data subject under the GDPR whose personal data are being processed, you have the rights listed below, which you may exercise at any time. These are:


(a) the right of access to your personal data (ie the right to obtain information whether your data is being processed and, if so, you have the right to access it);

(b) the right to rectify personal data (ie request correction if you find that the Provider is processing inaccurate or false data);

(c) the right to request an explanation (ie, if you suspect that the processing of personal data violates the protection of your personal and private life or that processing is contrary to law);

(d) the right to restrict the processing of personal data (ie the right to request temporary restrictions on the processing of your personal data);

(e) the right to delete personal data (ie if your data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was processed);

(f) the right to object to the processing of personal data (the Provider is obliged to prove that there is a serious justification for the processing of personal data that outweighs your interests or rights and freedoms);

(g) the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time;

(h) the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Office (ie if you believe that your right to personal data has been infringed).



The Provider stores your personal information in accordance with the highest security standards, through a wide range of security measures, including encryption and authentication tools, to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information and to keep it

confidential. Your personal information is protected by firewalls and is only accessible to a limited number of persons who are required to keep this information confidential.



In order to provide you services tailored to your needs, the Provider uses cookies (session ID cookies and persistent cookies) to store and occasionally track your Site visits. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer for recording purposes. The provider uses cookies to help you navigate the Site. After you close your browser, the session ID cookie expires. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for a long time.
